Booked on line months in advance we are a repeat customer. booking stated superior room but ended up in a smaller than expected room and not our preference... the hotel sorted it out after first two nights we stayed for seven.but it felt prompted by us no offer to change our room was forth coming..however had a great stay and we love the hotel.

Superb service - booked the hotel on line and turned up minutes later and they were ready. asked for a bath rather than a shower and changed rooms the following day, no problems. sad there was no tea making facilities.
