22/01/2009 The Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel 5*, a luxurious 474 bedroom hotel, has now been open in the SyV Tower, one of the skyscrapers of the Cuatro Torres Business Area. This is the 3er Eurostars Hotels  establishment  and the 51^st in the chain´s portfolio part of the Hotusa Group.

The hotel was introduced to the Press the past 22^nd of January in an event in which as well as the Hotusa president Mr Amancio Lopez Sejias, assisted; Fernando Rodriguez Avial President of Testa, the building owner; Enrique Alvarez Sala and carlos Rubio Carvajal, architects and responsible for the project; and Josep Juanpera, partner-Director of GCA (Arquitectes Associats, in charge of the hotel´s interior design).

One of the most original characteristic of the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel 5* is that all its bedrooms are exterior. In fact, GCA Architects Associats studio has conceived an interior design that outstand that panoramic views of the city, which can be enjoyed through its large wide windows.

To make the most of the natural light, the bathrooms are also an open space to the rest of the bedroom through an impressive glass wall, recovered by wooden panels that can be closed if wished.

Each bathroom is equipped with dimmed system, very intuitive and user friendly activated from the bed headboard. Also they have LDC Panoramic screens TVs, the highest technology on telephones, and complementary Wi-Fi internet connection.

The hotel has 25 Junior Suites of 80 sqm, and Executive Suite of 80 spm and a spectacular Presidential Suite, located on the 27^th floor, in which 110 sqm are spread over different areas. A large living room, bedroom with a dress room, reading area and bathroom equipped with sauna and Jacuzzi.

Also, its location at the Cuatro Torres Business Area, which will be completed by the International Conventions Center Ciudad de Madrid (CICCM), makes it an ideal target for the MICE (Incentive, Congresses and Conventions) segment.

The Restaurant Chef is Jennifer Cole, an American Chef with experience in several local establishments such as De Vinis o ENE, in which she received the recognition as the best female chef in Madrid. The design and formalities of the gastronomic offer is in charge by the Barque Chef Josu Sedano-Martin, who has an extensive experience in establishments such as; in London (The Ivy and Quaglino´s); Dubai (Element) and Lebanon (Intercontinental Phoenicia), among others.
